mmjil Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy

General Agreement

This agreement is a legally binding agreement between mmjil ("we", "the platform") and you ("player", "user") as the recipient of the services. You must ensure for yourself that accessing and using these services is within the jurisdiction and legal framework where these provisions apply before you play.

1.1 Service Provision and Changes

mmjil provides digital gaming services including Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, football betting, cockfighting, Poker, and other game types. Service content may be updated, added, or removed without prior notice.

1.2 Language and Communication

This platform operates primarily in Myanmar language and provides customer service in Myanmar language 24/7. In the event of any legal dispute, the Myanmar-language version shall be used as the reference.

Account Registration and Age Restrictions

2.1 Age Requirement

mmjil's gaming services are only accessible to those aged 21 and above. If anyone under 21 registers an account, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, the relationship will be terminated and all bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

Information provided during registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate. Accounts registered with incorrect information will be subject to verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on mmjil can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Payments must be made only from the player's own account through these methods.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (same for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes

3.3 Exchange Rates and Fees

Any third-party currency conversion fees incurred at the time of deposit are the player's own responsibility. mmjil does not charge withdrawal fees, but mmjil cannot be held responsible for any fees charged by the bank or payment service provider.

3.4 Withdrawal Review

mmjil may carry out routine checks on withdrawal requests. If any payment does not meet the requirements, mmjil reserves the right to follow up with further enquiries. This process is carried out to protect player assets.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmjil's welcome bonus — 100% bonus (up to 100,000 Ks) on your first deposit — is offered as a one-time reward.

• The bonus must be wagered bonus amount × 25 times before any withdrawal can be made (wagering requirement).
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks, wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive 100,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 320,000 Ks, wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonuses will only count toward wagering in designated game types or categories, and there may be win limits while playing with a bonus. Funds derived from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.3 How Promotions Apply

Additional promotions — cashback, referral rewards, VIP rewards — will also be governed by their own terms, as announced by mmjil. If usage does not comply with the promotion terms, mmjil reserves the right to adjust or reverse the bonus.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as systematically claiming bonuses and playing in a way designed to convert them to cash at low risk, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the mmjil platform —

• Opening multiple accounts individually or in coordination with others to claim bonuses repeatedly
• After receiving a bonus, selecting only low-variance games to complete the wagering requirement with minimal risk (low-edge play)
• Using bots, scripts, or software that automatically searches for betting patterns
• Using a VPN to mask your location outside Myanmar in order to access the platform
• Using mmjil as a tool for money laundering
• Transferring money between players in a progressive dollar-transfer scheme (chip dumping)
• Copying or cloning the platform domain for phishing purposes

If it is found that this rule has been violated or that an attempt has been made to violate it, we reserve the right to close the account and determine that no funds are payable, without further questioning.

Legal and Regulatory Restrictions

6.1 Player Responsibility

Anyone accessing this platform confirms on their own responsibility that they are permitted to do so under the laws of their region or country. mmjil is not responsible for any issues arising from violations of local laws.

6.2 Risk Disclosure

Gambling and football betting involve the risk of losing money, so only play with what you can afford. mmjil accepts no legal liability for any losses — direct or indirect — arising from this agreement.

6.3 Third-Party Services

Payment service providers and game providers operate under their own policies. mmjil cannot take on further responsibility for the smooth operation of or relationships with third-party services.

Personal Data and Security

7.1 SSL Encryption

The mmjil platform uses SSL encryption to protect players' personal and financial information.

7.2 Data Handling

How players' personal data is collected, stored, and used is detailed on the Privacy Policy page. Those policies apply alongside this agreement.

7.3 Account Security

Do not share your password with third parties. Players are personally responsible for all activity carried out through their own account. If your account is compromised, contact mmjil support immediately.

Account Closure and Amendments

8.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at their own discretion and leave the platform. Any remaining balance and pending bonus wagering conditions must be settled before the remaining funds can be withdrawn.

8.2 Closure by mmjil

mmjil reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice due to violations of these terms, financial suspicions, or legal or regulatory requirements. Players may reach out through [email protected] for matters related to this.

8.3 Policy Amendments

mmjil reserves the right to amend any part of this agreement without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment is made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Policy Changes

mmjil may amend these Terms at any time, and the date of amendment will be shown at the top of this page under "Last Updated". Players can check for changes through announcements or by revisiting this page. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
